Based on the time and planning for a long time, we should not only identify the root cause of the problem and do a good job in top-level planning, but also grasp the key points and overcome the difficulties forcefully to ensure that the data is true, the monitoring is true, the challenge is true, the mission is real, the method is real, the responsibility is real, and the deployment is fast, the promotion is fast, and the effect is fast. To highlight both the symptoms and root causes and focus on addressing the root causes, it is necessary to adopt extraordinary methods to forcefully address the symptoms, reduce peak values and curb the severe situation of air pollution in the period of emergency care; More importantly, it is necessary to cure the winter disease in summer and the four seasons, focus on adjusting and optimizing the structure of industry, power, transportation and land use, and improve the scientificity, accuracy and long-term effectiveness of haze control.
