Shanghai Shangdian Caojing Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shangdian Caojing") was established in April 2007. It was jointly invested and constructed by the Company and Shenneng Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 1.44 billion yuan. At present, the Company holds 65% of the shares. The main business of Shangdian Caojing is power production and sales, and it has two 1 million kilowatt ultra supercritical high-efficiency clean coal-fired units. This project is the company's response to the national policy of "promoting the large while suppressing the small", and the closure of Yangshupu Power Plant and Minhang Power Plant units. It is a key project in the 11th Five Year Plan of Shanghai. The two units have been successfully put into operation in January and April 2010 respectively.

Caojing Thermal Power was established in March 2004, jointly funded by the Company, Shenneng Co., Ltd., Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Co., Ltd. and Singaporean Sembcorp Utilities Private Limited, with a registered capital of 799 million yuan. At present, the Company holds 36% of the shares. The main business is cogeneration. Caojing Thermal Power has one 330000 kilowatt and one 328000 kilowatt gas generator set.

Shanghai Dacaojing Power Plant is one of the 13 pilot units of super clean emissions in China. We, Shanghai Beifen Technology Co., Ltd., provided two sets of SBF800 super clean emission wet flue gas dust meters in March 2015. It is used for two million units 1 # and 2 # of Shanghai Dacaojing Power Plant. After the supply, the supplier shall actively respond to the requirements of the power plant, and cooperate with the installation and commissioning. And cooperated with the power plant to complete the environmental protection acceptance. It has also become a domestic unit that has passed the national ultra clean emission environmental protection acceptance. The power plant also gave high evaluation to our service.
