Xinpu Chemical (Taixing) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore Xinpu Chemical Private Co., Ltd., located at No. 1 Shugang Road, Taixing Economic Development Zone. The company was founded on December 30, 1995. After several times of expansion and development, it now has an ionic membrane caustic soda unit with an annual output of 450000 tons, a nitrobenzene unit with an annual output of 185000 tons, an aniline unit with an annual output of 130000 tons, a vinyl chloride unit with an annual output of 200000 tons, and a self provided thermal power plant. The products produced by the company are widely used, including petrochemical, textile, paper making, consumer goods, plastic products, rubber products, dyes, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy and protective equipment.

The SBF800 equipment of this project was installed and commissioned in early April 2019. So far, no problems have occurred and the data are running well. The operation and maintenance of our equipment have not been maintained once. At the same time, another set of SBF800 operating in another unit of Xinpu Chemical has been operating for one year and three months so far. So far, only one equipment maintenance has been carried out, and the equipment operation is quite good. During the follow-up visit to the customer, the customer also said that since the use of our SBF800, it has saved effort and effort.
